Paintings and Subconsciousness

Our visual stimuli leave an imprint on our subconscious. Over time, if our subconscious becomes inundated with negative imagery, it can shape our perception of reality. Consequently, it’s advisable to avoid displaying artworks that depict poverty, war, or even abstract concepts.

It’s important to clarify that this philosophy isn’t rooted in religion or feng shui; instead, it’s grounded in an understanding of the profound influence wielded by our subconscious mind. This influence can significantly impact the course of our lives.

For instance, consider a painting portraying a farmer. Such an artwork might symbolize poverty, potentially attracting financial difficulties the longer it remains displayed. Similarly, a painting depicting war could inadvertently invite chaos into one’s life. As for abstract paintings, they have the potential to foster misunderstanding among those sharing the same living space.
